We want hardwood in the living room, dining room and family room on the main floor. We want tile in the foyer hallway and kitchen. The main floor has a combination of laminate and carpet right now. We want new carpet on the stairs and hardwood in the upstairs hallway. We want 2 bathrooms to be tiled, and we want new carpet in the 4 bedrooms. The upstairs is all carpet right now. The total space is 2,220 sq/ft.
